I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Hair Creations and the hairstylist Shala. My negative reviews keep disappearing, indicating a possible attempt to suppress honest feedback. My experience with Shala was unprofessional, and the haircut did not meet my expectations. I request that the management address this issue promptly to ensure transparency and allow customers to share their experiences openly. Very rude and combative.
